Alimentation régulée pour PC. Question...

Un copain à l'étranger m'écrit ça pour que je vous en parle car il ne voit pas où est le problème. Si vous pouvez l'aider, merci.

about the pc psu  i'm working on.

So, i built several stabilized, voltage regulated supplies for the pc.
In 3.3V, 5V, 12V, -5V, -12V and 5V standby.

And all of the voltages are good, working well, voltages are between the limits from the ATX specification.

But the pc does not work from this supply standalone.
I have also made a circuit that powered on the voltages in the right sequence for the ATX specification.

So, if i start the pc from the original ATX psu and i connect my psu parallel, the pc is working well,
but if i shut down the atx psu the pc stops working.

Any idea to solve the problem? Thank you in advance.

Ben de toute évidence, son alim ne fonctionne pas  
Maintenant, vu le peu d'info dont on dispose, c'est bien difficile de l'aider à distance  

Mon avis est qu'il faut qu'il entreprenne le long et fastidieux travail de dépannage classique (pas si long que ça, en fait), s'il est sûr de son montage. S'il doute de lui, ben faut tout reprendre à zéro... désolé, j'ai pas d'autre idée.
