I'm new here

Hi everyone, I'm new here and my written French is very poor.  Apologies for the English post.

I'm a retired electronics engineer who worked in broadcast audio for many years before moving to electronic security (which is very dull but paid my bills for a while) and later to the IT sector.

My passion is audio, high end, high quality Hi Fi ... but I have very little money so I can't afford to buy the best of the best.  Instead I build a lot of my own amplifiers.

I'm happy to help and share my experience with others however, I'm "old" (according to my children) and I'm definitely an analogue person.  I can and do work on digital equipment but I prefer analogue.
