Photo CRIMSON 610

Je cherche un possesseur du préampli CRIMSON 610 .

J'aurais besoin de photo détaillés de l'intérieur, notamment des batteries et du branchement de celles-ci sur la carte ( manquante sur le modèle que j'ai actuellement) .

Voici déjà les améliorations proposées pour le 610 (bien lir ele passage sur le grave):

The following points apply to the 610:-

·         The silver plated switch contacts do corrode and cause crackling sounds.  I fit gold plated ones which solves the problem in the long term.

·         Sometimes the balance controls crackle and these needs attention too.

·         Customers sometimes want an extra line input and these can be added on to the back panel.

·         Non gold plated phono sockets can be replaced with gold plated types.

·         The main PCB is bass light due to the integral high pass filter at about 20Hz.  In 1998 I did a rework of the same PCB but with an updated line stage which bypassed the filter.  This makes the bass end much more solid.

·         There is a PCB add-on available for those using moving coil cartridges on the disc (vinyl) input.

Il propose même les shéma .
mais avant de penser à upgrader ce pré, je voudrais dans un 1er temps le faire fonctionner like origine .

Quelques essais ce week-end .

Le préampli est donc soit alimenté par l'ampli de puissance ( prise DIN 5 broches), soit en solo sur batteries .( DIN 5 broches débranché) .
.
Pas de vinyle pour écouter la partie phono, réputée très bonne .
